If you have a broken glass solar panel that is still giving out proper voltage output then restore it using following steps
Say the full glass sheet is broken just like this one in the picture
Cover or overlap the whole panal with another glass sheet with the border edge covered by rubber beets or tape
So that it becomes shock proof
We also have to cover it using a V shape aluminum strips for support
The rubber strip I used for the glass edge had grooves in it
Now cut the aluminiu strips accordingly
Cut out the extra strips
Do the same for all side
Before fixing the glass sheet make sure that it is clean from the inside
Now put screw and tight it using screwdriver
Make sure to make an edge like this one
And egde like this one will not be strong enough
This one is fine
Now your panal is ready for reuse
